Make sure Apple is still signing the firmware file
Before you are going to you have to confirm that Apple is still signing the firmware file.If Apple is still signing the firmware and you can definitely downgrade from iOS 9.3.4 to iOS 9.3.3.You can check it out via this website,rows with a green ticks means that Apple is still signing the firmware file.
Downgrade iOS 9.3.4 to iOS 9.3.3
(01).Keep a complete backup on iTunes or iCloud.This very first step is most important one that you must do.
(02).Now you should download the iOS 9.3.3 firmware file that compatible with your device.You can download it via this web site.Make sure that you are going to download the correct firmware file,it should be compatible with your device.
(03).Now connect your device to your PC via USB cable and launch iTunes.
(04). Go to the summary page and select Check for Update button and click on it while holding the option key(Shift=windows)
